(188F) Mental Health Recovery Worker

Dickinson Center, Inc. has provided a continuum of mental health, intellectual disability, and Children's Prevention services in Northwestern Pennsylvania since 1958. We are a progressive non-profit organization with almost 200 employees and an annual operating budget of nearly $10 million.
We are looking for a Mental Health Recovery Worker.
This position supports individuals with mental health diagnoses, by assisting with the development of Individual Recovery Plans, and then helping the individuals to accomplish the goals and learn the skills set forth in these plans. The Worker goes into the home and/or the community to work with the individual. The Worker will arrange their schedule to meet the needs of the individuals served, so there is some flexibility and non-traditional hours may be worked. Job classification will be based upon degree and experience.
Reliable transportation is a requirement of this position.
-Bachelor's degree
-Experience working with persons with mental health diagnoses
-Reliable transportation

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
